Unacceptable interaction at Intercare Wonderboom

Wow, thank you for the discourteous way that you treated my wife yesterday. We only became aware of the fact that we owe your practice money during Dec 2013. This is due to the fact that you did not sent out statements! We immediately arranged that payment would be made by end Jan 2014, which was acceptable at the time.

When we called yesterday to make an appointment for my daughter, we once again confirmed that full payment would be made by end Jan 2014. However, when my wife arrived, you dragged her into an office to "discuss" the outstanding account. Had you informed us earlier of the outstanding account, we would have settled the account long ago. You failed miserably and never informed us of the outstanding account.

The disorganized and tasteless way that you treated my wife and daughter, will discourage us to use your practice again.

The tasteless way that you conducted business, must discourage patients and insurance companies to use your services. The northern side of Pretoria is not that big, I will spread the word from my side to warn potential patients to stay away from your practice.
