Stellenbosch Optometrists a rip off!!

I purchased an expensive pair of sunglasses but found them to be quite uncomfortable after having worn them on my journey home. I went to return them in their original packaging with a receipt undamaged and the owner would not do an exchange or a refund. I am terribly disappointed in this optometrist and will not support them or recommend their services to anyone I know. I made a few enquiries at other optometrists locally and they would have refunded me or done an exchange as long as the product was not damaged and still looked in perfect condition. One compliment I have thou is that the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
