Fedhealth deviously terminates membership

A few months ago Fedhealth sent us an email asking me to complete a form confirming my status as an unemployed minor. As this was not my status on the medical aid I queried this twice via email. Each time they did not answer my question but merely repeated the original info. When someone phoned me I queried it again and the person was exceptionally rude to me and never answered my question. I complained and Leonard contacted me. He apologized and listened to my query and promised to get back to me. No one ever did. As I had a great deal of stress since then I forgot I was waiting for a response. Without a response or reminder Fedhealth terminated my membership. When I was a student they always sent a reminder on 28 Dec so this all seems preplanned. This is the umpteenth time we have been treated like dirt by yourselfs. Why do we pay R6000 every month for this? I have contacted the CMS about this as there are rules you have to follow. We also received notification of this on a Saturday morning which means there is nothing I can do until Mon. You are despicable
