Rude, unprofessional, bad attitude

The exact words used by Natasha were "what were you feeding your dog? was it Pork...? because your dog was gonna die anyway why don't you just pretend that its dead &we will find it a home with someone who can afford it because clearly you cant afford it". this was after i had sacrificed my holiday&funds for my dogs to heal.i got the dogs 2months ago, not vaccinated. i went to inquire about the prices which were a bit steep for my budget at the time yet took them in as soon as i got paid. it was late as they had Parvo virus already. At the begging when DR SHA Hann shouted at me i understood that she was frustrated as she had love for dogs& warned me of the virus. We worked out an out patient treatment for a week & i paid daily.1made it &1had to be admitted & the charges got more. The shouting never stop, i took it for my dogs sake. i had exhausted my funds. Her nurse became very rude when speaking to me as if i wanted my dog to die and home as if it flew to the VET or she went home to fetch it, back chatting like some street kid, telling me that she can take my dog if i shake my head again. Drama! i understand that they can sell Bobby if i cant pay but not to treat people like trash
