Discovery not open for business!

Discovery is clearly not open for business. I tried to complete a hospital authorization, but the website hangs and is down for maintenance, so I get an error message to phone the call center. They put the phone down in my ear just as I get through. Discovery also asked me to update Vitality, but that site is also down... Discovery - when will you return from Holidays... what do we do whilst we wait for you to re-open for business?
