After the hello peter complaint it was sorted out by Lara and Lammejie, a month later the same thing Bonitas threatening to suspend the the membership. So i naturally e mailed Lara and Lammetjie and they just refuse to respond i have copies of the e mail, dates and times, i call the CC these senior manegers wont take the call, CC makes me hold on for 30 mins and tells me that PRO SANO IT department has to allocate the funds? to date still not allocated and i sent banking details to be updated since September - weeks of waiting Bonitas responds by saying bank statement older than 90 days? date stamped OCTOBER?? they said no CERTIFIED copy of ID this was e mailed to Lara -and Bonitas in september? eventually after demanding to stay on line till they sort this out... Im told telephonically its been updated? but R600 still not allocated so why close the HELLO PETER complaint with FAKE STATS to impress? Bonitas does not value the clients, members are treated like numbers Senior managers passing the buck CALL CENTRE AGENTS un trained and the 1 hand does not know what the other hand is doing1 MY INITIAL COMPLAINT was never dealt with PROBLEM still unresolved
