I have had many issues with Bonitas in the past. For maybe the first time I would like to pay one of their employees a COMPLIMENT. Lammetjie has been excellent with assisting me and her follow up and feedback is the best. She is very good at dealing with difficult people and I can be very difficult when I am irritated. Bonitas should commend Lammetjie for her ability and willingness to ensure clients are satisfied. Well done Lammetjie and I sure hope Bonitas appreciate your efforts.
