FOOD POISONING & DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT!!!

There was no electricity upon arrival... however the manager assured us that all their food gets cooked on gas grills. We ordered our food... 2 rib dishes were ice cold... as if they had come directly out of the fridge (not even an attempt to be heated). 1 T-bone steak order came with vegetables instead of the correct order, of potato, that was requested. The cream spinach tasted like a flour and water mixture.
As my friends and I were complaining... the manager who was a few feet away (and could clearly hear us, never approached us). We eventually called him over to receive a disgusting excuse with no apology but rather a round of unwanted Jagermiesters.

My boyfriend now has an intestinal virus and has lost 9kgs in a week from food poisoning!
I called to complain... and was rudely interrupted not even 1 minute into the conversation by a manager who said "can you give me your email address and i will email you".. after i gave him my email address he rudely put the phone down on me!!!

This is disgusting to treat your patriots with such disregard... we will be taking this matter further!!!
