Hotel Express International
USELESS MEMBERSHIP

My wife took out a mebership card in december for R 2400. They promised us accomodation at a 50% discount. They sent us reservations showing a price. When we get to the hotel we had to pay 20% more than the email confirmations from hotel express. I have asked for a refund and a reimbursement totalling R 7900. They fail to respond. From the outset we have had problems with this company. Further their international head office telephone number goes to a recording and they do not respond to emails. A pathetic company to deal with.
