Good Afternoon,

I trust this mail finds you well.

I have sent a number of mails through to membership@medihelp and to date I have
not received a response.

I am completely unsatisfied with the services offered in this medical aid and
wish to cancel with immediate effect. I have not only requested that the
subscription date to moved to the 1st of February on a number of occasions with
no response, the cards that you sent me also contain the wrong spelling of one
of my dependents and the doctors room would not even add his name on file as the
spelling is incorrect.

I have waited for over 30 mins on your help line and still I have had no
response or changes made.

I held back your payment as I am not prepared to pay for a medical aid that is
happy to take money but does not offer any benefits until the end of the year. I was also not advised that this would be the case as if I was I would have kept us on my current medical aid untill next year. Now i am sitting with no benifits!!! Great!!!
Hence the reason I wanted to change the subscription date.

Please could somebody contact me urgently to finalize this mess!
