Protea Manor Hotel Hatfield shocking service

Booked a conference room to conduct all day meetings in early November. Discovered the room allocated to us had no aircon on a 35 degree day, which they failed to tell us. The banqueting manager's response was "Oops, sorry we forgot to tell you". The door would not close either, we had to ask for the key to lock the door, to keep it closed. There was no available parking and we were sent a block away to find parking. I used them again for a meeting 2 weeks ago, arriving early, I ordered a toasted bacon and cheese sandwich. Got the bill, they charged me R75 excl Vat for a toasted sandwich!!! When I queried this exorbitant price, the answer was "We have fixed prices on our till and that is the cheapest price we could use". I then proceeded to my car parked in their covered parking to rush off to another meeting, to find that the Hotels GM had parked her white car in the middle of the parking way and parked me in. Took half an hour for someone to locate her so it could be moved, and not a single word of apology.
