La Ballito Unit 502 W A Painte

We rented unit 502 at La Ballito, in Ballito over the December holidays 2013. Upon arrival we found the unit to be extremely dirty. Sand on the floors, walls covered with dirty marks, foot and hand prints and smudges all over, picture frames covered with dust. The linen in main room was soiled and the duvet cover has huge holes in it. The owner was not even prepared to come and see what I was complaining about and said when he was at the unit the day before he didn't see anything wrong with the condition of the unit. The unit does not reflect care or pride, only someone after generating income off unsuspecting clients. The only good part of this story is Willard beach, it has been wonderful so far.
