Poor sevice delivery overcharging customers

To whom it may concern

Hi?? have submitted my contribution documents on the 7th of december 2013 and have received and email on the 14th december stating?? will have to pay R1400 some change...?? am currently paying R800 some change at the moment and was advised it will go up to R900 some change... this is? major problem because?? have suffered the same expenditure problem in 2012 going on to 2013 and have spent lots of money at my cost to call resolution and sort this out last year ...?? will not endure this kind of service again ...??this is very poor service!!!?? expect better service from? medical aid company!!! this is basically from your clients... consumers watch out!!!
