Treating Customers Fairly is not your strong point

We had a signed deal! You communicated with the Medial aid and I signed for the glasses at a price that you gave me. Now that you can not hold up your end of the bargain you intimidate my wife into paying for your mistake and refuse to give me my money back. Several attempts by me to try and resolve this is being ignored because you conned my wife out of the money so you don't care anymore. I had a contract with you! I hope you don't think that I am going to let this go... it is a matter principle for me and I am not going to let you money from other people.

Shame on you, this is criminal behaviour.
