Not honouring payments late or no payments

Despite being a member of the medical aid since 1992 I have been treated badly and with such a indifferent attitude that I had to leave to Discovery.

I was on the Optimum benefit and was just informed that my June July account at the medicross was not paid this was after the R500 odd I had to pay in September after another discrepancy I paid about R6000 a month on this option so please if you need to make a decision between medical aid speak to me and I will advise you which way to go.

Please supply me with the name of the ombudsman or ar the health department so I can ask them to speed up their public health care program,
