I purchased a ozone suana for a small business. Zagrys delivered the suana late, promised to come back the next week to give me training, a business plan, the guarantee papers and a manual-one month later, after numerous phone calls and messages I'm still struggling to get any of the paper work. I asked for a refund but he's ignoring me. This man only wants money and doesn't give a about the clients. I advise anyone to buy from another company and not from zagrys
