Unhappy

I am very unhappy with the service I got from the consultant that got me to sign for my Discovery Medical Aid. It's been 5 months signed to the medical aid and I haven't received my medical aid card. This is so inconveniencing as I always have to carry a piece of paper around which I cant. If Something would happen to me like an accident nobody would know i'm on medical aid as i would have the card in my wallet. I am so unhappy with the service that Veronica Podile gave me. Since the she has not replied to my email telling how i feel about all of this.
