This good for nothing mobile optical unit managed by "Cindy" are misleading the innocent and poor out of their hard earned
money for her own benefit and still has the audacity to get rude to one if you are merely enquiring on a product you already paid hundreds of rands for a product that is cheap, most probably counterfeit and not even worth a third of what you paid for it.
I was advised by a visiting consultant of envision that I can do with some glasses and received a fake frame that is bent, it doesnt even fit in the case and is made of the cheapest plastic one can find. The lenses are moving around inside the frames and is not optometry quality. Im being refused a refund and not getting any response or answers.
Called envision in Pretoria and the poor lady who answered gets tens of calls looking for "Cindy"as callers also have problematic issues wirh envision mobile unit.
How can banks of all businesses let a person like this make shaky deals with its staff? Blindsiding them out of their money.
CINDY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!!
