Discovery won't pay me back in time

I first contacted Disovery interesd in taking over the medical aid and paying it from my bank account. But no one bothered getting back to me with the info until I decided to cancel and apply for another medical aid. Now I am told I can only get back the MSA refund after 5 months becauser they are waiting for claims. How cam doctors claim when I am no longer using their medical aid.

I do not see why I am not getting my refund paid, my membership was terminated end of 0ctober for crying out loud
