Is this a? Terrible Customer Service!!!

To date I have paid way more than what I should have to Lancet & SCS/Lam Attorneys but I keep getting sms's. The worst part is I get an sms every 2 or 3 months. Nothing is ever constant.
I have sent numerous emails explaining my situation plus sending my proof of payments to date and no one has ever come back to me.
I will not pay a single cent more because I think this is starting to become a.
A decent and normal collecting service would reply and send you confirmation that your account has been settled - not a random sms every couple of months, threatening and saying you still owe money and pay within 14 days and you get a discount (which I did) and then 3 months later I still owe money.
And then you call the call centre where either, the call doesn't go through because someone picks up but doesn't say anything or you get someone who is so rude.

Lancet please do something about your collection agency - it is pathetic to say the least.
