Incorrect billing

A sample taken on admission to hospital on 01 October was billed with date 05 October. Medical aid rejected the account as I had been discharged on 5 October and therefore fell outside the hospital policy. Numerous discussions, emails etc to Lancet bore no fruit but eventually was corrected in May 2013 outside the 3 month period for submission to medical aid. I asked Lancet to explain the situation to the medical aid and to advise medical aid this saga was due to errors on the part of Lancet. Now I have been handed over to Attorneys because the debt remains
