Dissapointed in the lack of service received

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the manner in which Bestmed has handled my claim. I am a fairly new client (having paid threw premiums already). As with any medical aid, we received a certificate detailing our previously existing conditions of which we could not claim for during a certain time. Last week I took my son to see a urologist of my own accord where it was decided that he would have a circumcision done on 05/12/2013. Please let me reiterate that this not a previously existing condition and yet I was told by the medical aid they can't cover the procedure because it is? To my knowledge a male will only have one circumcision in his lifetime? I was also told that I must get ab12 month report from his GP-my son hasn't even been to the doctor this year and in last yr I wouldn't even know when??? The shoddy service received is dissapointing as I have now run out of time and thus have to reschedule the op for next yr sometime as the doctors offices close for the festive season. I want valid reasons for the decline in request for authorization before the close of business today or I will proceed to cancel my cover with immediate effect and advise others.
