Unprofessional and rude

Needing to get pre-authorisation for a medical check-up I send an email with all information including doctors name and practice number, date of appointment, only not having path lab details as this would only become known after the appointment. Some 40 minutes later I get an email requesting this same info provided with my email below. In other words they used the 'return' facility to request what they already had.
I then receive a cell phone call from Ms de Lange telling me they cannot deal with my email that informs them that they had what they wanted on the very same exchange of emails. The cell call was dropped and this lady has the gall to phone me minutes later and say "returning the favour" and then ring off.
What sort of company is this?
