I called in to get assistance on aquote for a wedding and having been transferred from one person to another. Finally i reached her and asked who can help all she says is she understand i am frustrated??? and i must not take out that on her??? how does she know how I'm feeling...??? The way she handled the call was very unprofessional. Such people take business away from great suppliers. This lungile needs proper communication skills training and proper english lessons. Before you swear at people listening should be applied. I am certain i will not take my clients or anyone to such people...
