Incompetent and don't care

My brother went to Greenways Pharmacy in the evening of 2 July, suffering with a very bad migraine. The pharmacist suggested a voltaren injection and some tablets. My brother did not have any money on him, he phoned me to do a EFT to the pharmacy and fax through the proof, which I did. during the next 20 minutes I faxed it through twice. They said that they did not receive it. I advised them that fax to email always have a delay and I wanted to send it to their direct fax line. again I sent it twice, THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE INCOMING CALL. The lady that answered the telephone said that the fax is switched off at 6pm when the other staff leave??? Can they not switch it back on??? What do they do in an emergency??? rely on technology that they are unable to use or understand??? They closed there doors at 8pm giving my brother some tablets that did not work and told him to come back the next day??? What sort of emergency medical facility is this??? They do not care about their customer/ patients, they do not know how their equipment work and quiet frankly I do not think they want to know. Vitacare Pharmacies allow this??? PATHETIC. People will die on their doorstep will they care?
