For some time now I have been trying to get a response on [Email Removed] for assistance regarding why non of my claims have been approved since I have started with them in the beginning of the year but one, which was only paid out to about 45%.

The only response I get is the Automated mailing receipt and there it dies never to hear of them ever again.

Now, yes one could argue and say why not call them? My main reasons would be, bad phone lines, network that keeps dropping and with all the different languages spoken in SA it is always a case of "Excuse me, beg your pardon, sorry say again, don't understand what you are saying", cause of all the different accents we all have.

So with [Email Removed] listed as a means of correspondence, I much rather deal that way, text is much more understanding and one does not end up shouting at each other over a bad line.

Only problem is one never get a response over [Email Removed]
