Back and forth emails for 3 weeks. Refund supposedly due on 15th November as per the email sent. To date there has been no response even after a compliant email was sent. The email was delivered and read. Absolutely poor and disappointing service as even if the payment was delayed, i should have been notified. Money owed which is not paid on time would be treated as an account in arrears however money to be paid out does not have a time limit.
