Ad attitude, bad servuce

Dr Ismail doesn't really care to pitch for appointments, or even for work at all... We left 20mins after our appointment was supposed to have been. The lady who had already been waiting for 50mins was still there. The secretary didn't seem particularly worried, discussing his running late nonchalantly with a colleague like this happens every day. 9:45am isn't exactly the crack of dawn. No one bothered to tell the patients waiting, it's ok for us just overhear I suppose. What brilliant service! So great to see doctors care about their patients, hypocratic oath for sure!
