Angered Potential Client

I have just spoken to someone working at or owning Napthali Lodge in Simons Town, Cape Town and was treated with extreme disrespect. When asking about the lodge rates, I was given different ones to those listed on [URL Removed] and when I questioned this I was told that "You get what you pay for-maybe you should look at somewhere like Backpackers". This is unacceptable as I was purely repeating what I had seen on the website. This person does not know what I can and cannot afford and does not know WHY I was enquiring about the lodge either. As a matter of fact, the prices of the lodge are of a rather pitiful level. Please- if you do not believe me, have a look on the [URL Removed] website and see that the self-catering rates are R275-R350 out of season, not what I was told by this individual. This is clearly some error of the lodge's to deal with. Perhaps this individual should treat prospective clients with a higher degree of respect in future as I suspect that they will receive more than one complaint in the near future due to his condescending way of dealing with clients.
