Disgusting Service

On many occasions I have had to call Resolution Health, and every single time you get transferred from pillar to post numerous times. Today I called to confirm receipt of an email and was transferred to 4 different people. After holding for at least 30 mins the call was dropped. This happens almost every single time I have dealt with them and it is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money. I also feel that they do NOT have their clients best interests at heart because they are forever declining very simple requests (even though there is a massive savings). They are not as flexible and understanding as other medical aids and when you are paying over R4000 per month for your medical aid, you kind of expect the best service.

They are disgusting.
