Call Centre very unprofessional

I was previously on Massmart Health Plan and I left the medical aid and had claimed through the scheme for consultations paid for by cash prior to leaving it. I called them numerously and attached all the necessary documents but I was only paid half the amount originially claimed. I called and mailed them again but still they haven't responded.
MY concern is that one spends over 20 minutes on a call and despite all the effort made, they still don't take their cliesnts seriously.
