Manager will not resolve an issue or give surname

DISGUSTING, this is rediculous 3 months unresolved matter. This manager has a terrible attitude we have had enough of this abuse. I am tierd of being shoved from pillar to post - Discovery owes me a refund! i want my money back! i have paid for months of medical aid and i have not had cover... Discovery please resolve this natter Jennifer Lee Sonnekus
