Baby 4 months old, spitting blood, no Docto

My wife collected our baby, 4 months old, from Nursery School where she was told he is spitting up blood. She reaced (in traffic) to Olivedale Emergency. She has been there for 1 1/2 hours and has not seen a Doctor yet, our baby is still spitting up blood.
