Full price for damaged goods

As I type this complaint I am sitting in a silent room. Road Lodge Southgate has given a service. I booked a room in advance to spend 2 nights and only to get here and find the tv in my room is not working. Reception sends the security guard to look at it. Of cause he cannot fix it, he's not an electrician. He tells us that they will swap it in the morning. No apologies, nothing. What kind of customer care is this. This is false advertising to me. When I chose roadlodge I was under the impression that I'm paying the full services. I paid a full price but not getting the whole deal. Why are you putting disfunctional tvs in your rooms yet charge people the full price? As per NCA this is not acceptable. I'm so dissapointed and dread sleeping another night here. This is the 2nd time you are screwing me over. The first time I secured my booking via credit card and only to get here and being told its fully booked. U sent me to Town Lodge Roodepoort as it was the closest thing. You guys are pathetic. I give up on you.
