PUTS PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR BECAUSE OF INCOMPETANCE

I phoned the Compcare to ask a plain and simple question regarding my medical benefits for a simple procedure. All I needed to know was what the medical aid tariff is for the procedure. I was transferred twice the first time and thereafter I was cut off. I phoned back again to speak to the authorisation department as this was the department I was referred to, then I got transferred again because they can ONLY authorise and not give me the medical tariff! The hospital department I was transferred to could not give me the medical aid tariff either as they do not have it, only the authorisation department can help me according to them! So what now, as I was still asking how is it possible that no one is able to supply the medical aid rate for a procedure the phone was put down in my ear. I was not even losing my temper yet!! Pathetic!!
