Long wait with no apology

Ordered a black label beer but was charged for a Heineken beer. Didn't worry about that because 6 rand won't burn a hole in my pocket. Was told to wait 20 minutes but after 30 minutes order was not ready. Wasn't given an apology for the long wait. I ordered a meal that would take 5 minutes to prepare but people who ordered much more food than me was given their orders first. Sat outside the restauraunt and not once did any staff member approach me to ask if I had been served. Was a regular customer. Purchased food every week, But will never return to Banjaara Restaurant in Weltevreden Park again.
