There was a rather large amount which Medical Aid did not cover in the recent hospitalization and treatment of my husband..I requested that it be paid out of our savings... Medical Aid did not follow up for a month and we received another account for this amount. I sent everything through to Salome who efficiently sorted it out in a very short time and informed me that payment would be made at the next run date... she went the extra mile by contacting the Dr. herself to clarify the account. I really appreciate what she has done and she is an asset to Bonitas... hope she gets the recognition for well-delivered service. My grateful Thanks Ann Tiran
