Hi I would like to complain about the level of service of bonitas, my wife has a policy with bonitas on the boncap option, I called them to ask on the 2nd of November, to verify the procedure to follow as my wife has to see a specialist, they said I just need a referall letter from a gp, I went to the gp, I was not aware that he was supposed to call bonitas for auth, he just gave us a referall letter that's all, and we went to the specialist. at the specialist I had to pay R1200 cash, I called bonitas again I mailed the invoice aswell as the doctor referral letter, they said they will look at the claim.surely this is not my fault I followed the procedure and went to the go, he was supposed to call for auth not me, he just gave a referral letter, after 3weeks I called now, a lady liletho just told me they wont pay, and finish, because I didn't follow protocol this is unacceptable, she didn't care, I ask to speak to her supervisor, she said she not available. guys please this is not on, I want my money to refunded as I will not leave this matter like this
