Poor Service while in hospital

Just a quick email to hopefully let other people out there know that talk is cheap... and hopefully it has been sorted out but I somehow doubt that... my wife broke her arm on the 26th September 2012 - and was eventually taken for surgery on the 5th October 2012... the service in the Milpark Hospital was shocking to say the least, so bad that I immediately, while still in the hospital looking after my wife, emailed the hospital manager, both that day and the following day as there was no response. The nursing care during the day was shocking, the evenings was slightly better but the day staff were apathetic, did not really care and after my wife was discharged, on heavy sedatives and pain medications they make her walk... when I asked for a wheelchair the nursing staff reluctantly provide me with one... the bathrooms were so filthy my wife could not use them and had to use the ward next door... the staff were unable to count as the maximum visitors per bed is clearly marked as 2... but the one guest had 11 adult guests and 2 children guests... and so the email went on. Unfortunately the standard response was given that "they are so sorry but they will look into it..." Unacceptable!!!
