Call centre gives different information

I registered with Discovery on Chronic Benefit for hypothyroidism. When called the helpdesk they advised that I have 1 lab test per year. The documents I was sent says I was entitled to 1 Diagnostic test and 2 follow up tests per year. When calling back they told me what is on system is correct and I am not understanding the document. When requesting to speak to a manager, put on hold for 10 minutes. Furthermore they say I am entitled to 1 GP visit per year, but this isnt in the letter emailed, and the website says 4 visits per year... Major inconsistencies!!!
