Horrible service

I just received a call from some collections company and they telling me that discovery handed me over for an amount of 2099.24 for contributions not made or overspending whatever that means. First of all I cancelled my membership with them because they were taking too long to add my mom as a dependent, what's surprising is when I cancelled and I was called for good byes they didn't tell me about funds that I owe them and I paid my premiums every month. This is all very unfair.
