Emotional Abuse

I am devastate, i feel abused and to, I got humiliated infront of hundreds of people publicly. Firstly, I asked for Discovery to change my doctor to the one in Cape Town as I recently transfered to CPT. Kera Kirlin was so great that she made this exception for me which I will forever be greatful. When I get to the doctotr, I was told he is no longer there. My eyes were full of and I could not function at all. I am a chronic patient who cannot afford for my immune to be compromised.
Then I go to clicks to get medicine under the key care list - The response from discovery is decline.
WHAT IN THE I AM SUPPOSE TO DO!!!
I WANT THIS CHANGED TODAY TO COASTAL SAVER!!! OR I AM CANCELLING.
