Bills not paid!!

I went in for my first operation on my knee in September..
After the operation i got hit with approximately R10 000.00 bills for scans, braces, crutches, consultation, physio, basically everything except the hospitals bill..I am on the classic priority plan which is approx R2500 per month.
Where the is my money going every month if its not going to my heath care??
SHOCKING!!
