Website down - personnel not knowing what is going

Have been trying to do a booking at Sabi River Sun Lifestyle Resort for more than a week. Every time you phone Discovery the website is down and they are working on it. Interesting that was the only one of the Tsogo Sun hotels which was down! Then they will try to do the booking from their side. Today I was told by one operator my stay must include a Saturday night but the rules do not state that. Then another operator told me now suddenly the resort is full!!
