Same old nonsense from Discovery

I re-activated my Discovery medical aid membership months ago, went through on earth to get the medical aid, only when I totally lost all patience I put it on this site and finally someone sorted it out for me. After that pathetic service I now am months down the line and apparently on cover with no proof, my card is still not received. I keep calling in to be told it will be there soon. I called in now and spoke to sipokazi kepani in the call centre who said, after having me on hold for 15 minutes, "because you are in Cape Town there seems to be a delay" I told her I am no-where near Cape Town so the whole time I was on hold she was chit chatting to other staff and not even looking my details up. What a joke this company is! She now says she will have it posted to her and then she will post it to me, where the is the logic in that??? That is going to take another year for me to receive the card. I am beyond fed up on how hard it is to be put on cover and get a card, something that should take a few days is taking almost a year!!! Moving to Momentum.
