Star performer Mihloti exelled where others failed

I wish to commend one of your staff Mihloti Mthombheni for a sterling job done in processing my refund.
I had been pushed from one person to the next, all promising to phone me and keep me updated but they did not perform.
I am the one who had to bear the huge bill of phoning your call centre until she came into the picture.

She would empathize effectively and if she said she will phone tomorrow morning, before 10.00 am I was sure to get the follow up. I got my refund within two days when she took over, thanks to her assistance.
This is really commendable and such efforts need not go unnoticed as she succeeded where others failed.

I had almost given up and wanted to change the medical aid scheme to another provider, but with her performance I am encouraged to stay on.
