Worst medical aid

I have been waiting almost 2 months for a dentist to be paid and also for a so called pre auth no to take my kid again. Always the same old story it has been sent to the dental department. What happens when one of my family members need urgent attention and a pre auth no sould they just die because its to much effort to do something about it
