Bad service and even worst attitude!

I ordered my wedding flowers thru this supplier, who assured me they will go to buy the flowers Wed morning, and I can pick them up Wed afternoon, as I was leaving for the wedding venue late Wed evening. When I phoned on Wed, they said they are only going to buy the flowers Thu, even though I need them Wed. Then they told me that is the way it is, if I cant wait till Thu I have to make another plan. Luckily I could make another plan! All this drama even after their head designer told me I cant have the flowers that I want as it wont work, and I need to change my vases because they do not "work for him". Worst service, no feedback, bad attitude and in the end I also realised, high prices! Will never go back, and will tell everybody of my experience!
