Being Charged months after cancelling contract

I was called and informed about great spa packages from Go Glam that could be used by myself and whomever i should choose to "gift" a spa day to.

when i called to cancel it a few month later i was told i will be charged R800 for cancellation fees.

i am still being charged for this service 7 months later with no one answering the phones 021 035 0353 or responding to emails.
i am sick and tired of having to call my bank to reverse payments. i have also tried to block the payments but due to them changing suppliers who do debit orders for them like STRATCOL it is impossible to stop it.

I am Highly disgusted that i have to fight for MY money!!! I am pregnant and need the money for my child.
GO Glam or Go2global is R399 from me every month.
