Bad service

End of April 2013, my son went for an operation to remove adenoids. His operation had to be at 9am but they onlu gave him a bed at about 12pm. My son have not eaten since 6pm the previous day. When they finally done the operation and my son came out, I told them he is hungry and they told me they don't serve meals at that time and he should wait. My husband then went to buy him food. He had to stay overnight and they did not offer me a blanket or even something to sleep on untill one of the other patients parents told them and they said I had to ask. They only gave me something 3hours later. My son threwup and had to wait 2hours for clean bedding and a clean gown. I am on medical aid but I feel the service I received at Gatesville was far worse than at a public hospital. I was beyond disgusted that they said no food for a child and the bed was given late. How can anybody let a child sit with vomit on them for 2hours, he just came out of operation and had to sit in a chair because of the bed being dirty for so long.unfortunately I was not sure if I should put this on here and do not have the exact time or date now.
